Just like the marathon, the Istanbul 15K also starts on the Asian side of this fascinating metropolis. The organizers provide free shuttle buses to take runners to the start area. From there, participants head towards Europe, passing by the city’s most iconic landmarks on their way to the finish line in Yenikapı. It’s the perfect opportunity for those who find the marathon distance a bit too demanding. Plus, the autumn weather conditions are very favorable, making the run even more enjoyable.
