Intro

The Madrid Half Marathon is one of the largest races in Spain and, like the city’s marathon and 10K, is part of the famous Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon Series. The first 17 kilometers are identical to the marathon course and take runners past iconic landmarks such as the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium and Retiro Park. After the initial 4 kilometers uphill, participants continue on a mostly flat course, following a spectacular route through the Spanish capital all the way to the finish line!
