When making a booking, you provide us with personal information such as your first and last name, your call sign, your date of birth, your gender, your nationality, your home address, your email address and your phone number. We will also ask you for contact information for those staying at home. We assume that you inform the people staying at home yourself that we have their details and will only use them in case of an emergency.

Globalrunning reserves the right to take photographs of visitors' use of the facilities for the purpose of using them for public communication. Globalrunning strives in such a case not to photograph visitors identifiably. If the outcome of balancing is that we use the photo we base this on the legal basis of our legitimate interest. We communicate the possibility of photos taken prior to the marathon trip to all travelers and allow them to object after which we remove the photo(s) in question.
