Intro

For years, the Copenhagen Marathon has been known as a flat and atmospheric city marathon through one of Europe's most beautiful capital cities. The course runs entirely through the city, combining historic neighborhoods with modern architecture.

Along the way you pass the colorful Nyhavn, among other places, and run along wide avenues where crowds and musicians provide an energetic atmosphere. Thanks to the flat profile, this is an excellent marathon for those aiming for a fast time.

The marathon takes place in spring, when temperatures are usually pleasant around 8-15°C. With a strong organization and a cozy Scandinavian ambiance, Copenhagen is an ideal choice for rookies and experienced runners alike.
